Joining:

1) Send a Join note titled, "Joining" or "Join"
2) Add or *Pokedex (:icon pokedex: OR :dev pokedex: without the spaces) to your Journal Entry (or Signature)
3) Add the club to your +Watch list
(This allows you to get updates on what's going on)


Submissions:

1) Any medium can be used to create gijinka pokemon
2) No original/made up pokemon
3) Send a note with the title, "Submission" with the link to the original deviation in the body of the note
4) The club's background needs to be used in the image.

5) If you can not download or don't know how/don't want to use any digital medium, you may draw out the card.

There are five categories of notes that we use:

1) Joining
2) Submissions
3) Questions
4) Affiliates
5) Repeated Images ("Repeats" for short)

If the notes come to us without a proper heading, as seen above, they will be automatically deleted.
