Hi,
just one update to remind you to send only one note with the same submission(s) to avoid repeated posts.

Also send it only for ~Pokedex, not for the admins/founders, please. I'll not submit yours first just because you sent it for my account. I follow the pokedex's note submission date order.

There's more than 200 pictures to be posted here. I've been busy the past few months and wasn't able to update the deviations regularly, sorry. D:
I'll try to update everything, so don't send double (triple, quadruple...lol) notes with the same content, please!

Okay, time for another update (Whether people care or not).

Most of the admins seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. <.<;

All I know is that ~AkitoMaru is of course, vacationing.

=minjii is ignoring me (for God knows what reason).
*Zaphk is probably busy with other stuff.
*Shinne ... uh... yeah he won't be able to help for a while.
And yours truly is still in the middle of her summer semester + being a daycamp leader till the end of July - Early/mid Aug.

Obviously there hasn't been much activity on this account. Here's a list of "To Dos":

1) July Contest will be announced later today.
2) June Contest winner has been announced.
3) There are over 100 join notes that need to be gone over.
4) There are over 200 submissions which also need to be gone over.
5) There are over 1000 gijinkas still in our storage that need to be altered then put back into the gallery.
6) Folders... Yes... we need to sort all the pokemon into their rightful folders.

I personally want and will ask (again for the 25th time) if we could get another helping hand. And I could careless what one admin thinks at this point, because I seriously need the help. *falls*

Alrighty! Here's some news on what's going on with the admins of this club:

-~AkitoMaru is currently still on vacation. The last time I talked to her which was sometime last week or so, she said she will be attending a anime convention somewhere in Canada.
-=minjii is... I have no idea what she's up too. All I know for sure is that she's been busy. She's also trying to gather things up for that same anime convention that ~AkitoMaru is attending. Whether she goes or not, we have no clue.
-*Zaphk is also busy, but if you read her comment on the ~Pokedex page she will be uploading submissions as soon as she can.
-*Shinne is, well, I already said this before, but he wouldn't be able to help much unless we need an image done or so.
-*RabbitTwins8788 has started her 2nd summer semester in college and as a full load to worry about.

If you want to check out more as to what's going on with your club admins, I suggest you check out their journals.

In other news:

>I know that people are getting antsy about whether or not they are a member and when their pieces will get submitted. Please be patient with us. Its not that we don't care about all of you, its because we have so much going on in our personal lives that it is hard to keep up with the demands of our club members.

>No, we are not accepting help aka new admins at this point. Don't ask me, I don't even know why.

I'm hope all of you are doing great. Sorry for the lack of updates, but here's an update as to what your Admins are doing:
>~AkitoMaru is on vacation for the whole summer, she's spending her time with relatives overseas. Hope your having a blast over there!
>=minjii is gearing up for an anime convention and will be away though what she does most of the time... we still don't know. o.O; (she's probably some secret spy, because she never tells us what she is doing.) <--- very secretive person. <.<;
>*Shinne is just being plain busy and has brought up that he will not be able to help out with the submissions, but can help us with any visuals we might need in the future. =3

As for your's truly. I'll be away this weekend for Fanime '08. But as I have claimed on my journal, I have updated the Members Lists and have added more newcomers who want to join our club. =3
We have 3194 members at this point! Wow! Large number. Once again we are backed up when it comes to submissions (rofl, since when have we NOT been backed up?). Uhhh probably never.

In other news:
The pokedex journals seem pretty dull and cluttered, don't you think? I'm still looking for those who are willing to design a layout. All you need to do is just, well, make a layout. I'll deal with the CSS stuff. I pretty much got the basics down, I'm just waiting for someone to come forward and submit something. lol. Send the layout with the title, "Journal Layout" to the club or to A. RT8788.

Hrm. For those of you who are still confused. I was just testing the css code and threw something together. ROFL. No, it isn't the actual layout, I'm not going to torture this club by doing so. BUT, I did wanted to see other people's reactions. *is still laughing*

I would like some help putting a layout together though. =3 If anyone has any ideas or would like to help then that would be just awesome. Just put together a layout and send a link to either the club (*Pokedex) or to me directly (*RabbitTwins8788). Yes, you'll be credited when and if we use the layout you designed.

Due to dA's new "spam guard" Join notes can't be sent out any more at this time. = =; LAME! <.<; Excuse that outburst, please. I know there are more members out there that haven't been added yet. I so far have 9-10 names. I'm just going to add them + new AND other missing members to the Members' Lists.

This is A. RT8788 here to sadly report that I've lost everyone's names on my "to Add" list. T_T
I had to reformat my laptop and unfortunately in the process have lost the "newly added" members list. If you have gotten a "Welcome Note" and your name is obviously not on the member's list, please send a note to *RabbitTwins8788 WITH a copy of the Welcome Note. If you don't have it anymore, send a note with what you think was on that note. o.o; (more info on my journal)

On to other club news:

As before there's a list as to what needs to be done:
>All images in the gallery need to be marked up to prevent more and :+lovefav:s on the club account.
>Submissions in the note box also need to be marked up before being added to the gallery.
> New Members need to be added. And those whose name I lost have first priority. = =;

Club contest is still on. There are 10 more days until the deadline. There's only one entry thus far. Is the theme this time too hard? o.O;

We are still going through some heavy construction right now. Only 80 or so gijinkas have been un-stored and altered to prevent mass messages of and . There's still a LOT of stuff to be done, but since there's only one admin working behind the scenes for now, well, its going to be really slow. But don't worry, things will be in tip top shape hopefully soon, before the summer. HOPEFULLY. I'm not making any promises.

Here's what's up:

>All gijinkas that were once in the gallery need to be altered + Artist comment
>All gijinkas need to be in their respected categories.
>All newly added members need to be put into the members list (those that got the Welcome Note).
>Other Join notes need to be looked at and responded to then again added to the members list.
>Submissions (all 140+ of them) need to be added.

... Yeeeeah... Oh! And there's a April Contest going on at *PokeCon, check it out if you have the time.

Fixed the S member list, apparently a few "S" members didn't show up even though they were on the list. RT8788 is still working on submission detail, shrinking images and marking them and what not.

I got permission from F. ~AkitoMaru to store all gijinkas until we clean up the message center as well as adding watermarks, hopefully, to half of the already submitted pieces.

You'll be seeing me on a lot more often this week.

Since I'll be sending out notes about faving/collecting to those that are listed in our message center...
if you have already unfaved/collected from the gallery, then you do NOT have to worry, just ignore the note as it is, basically, automatic... in a sense of course. Since I have no time to go through 1000+ people's favorite gallery I'm just sending notes to whom ever is in the msg center list.

... Its been almost a month since the club journal has been updated. So how are all of you? Doing well I hope. =3

Here are some updates, if you guys haven't found out yet:
